|TH can live with a nuclear North Korea (OVERDUE)

I rusty 'cause I no training. And...time pressure. I leave for DLSU in a while for an interview (will be excused from morning classes).|
(WHY DOES IDEA CROP UP WHEN MY SCHEDULE IS AT ITS BUSIEST?!)
North Korea - Nokor, that East Asian nation often accused (even rightly) of nuke testing and frowned upon by seemingly anti-nuclear nations like the U.S.
Nuclear - Atomic bombs. Nukes. That are capable of long-ranged damage and one of the most nefarious inventions of the 20th century.
Live - go on with life and politics because there's nothing new to discuss or poke
United States. Because they detest nukes. And usually they're the ones nagging nuke-filled countries to stop all their nuke-related business and nagging the rest of the world to join their anti-nuke campaign.
Proposal: Leave the UN officials and/or other people of authority to watch and just sound the alarm if anything remotely interesting happens.
Urgency - how urgent is this? Nokor hasn't even done any damage to any unsuspecting countries (especially Sokor) or actually PLANNED to. Until further notice, there's really not much that can be done but focus on more pressing matters. So long as they haven't started making or testing bombs, be it in their territory, in some other territory, or in uncharted waters, there's nothing to discuss.
Status quo - nothing. Nada. Zilch. Like I stated before, just keep an open eye out and you should live. So yeah, leave Nokor to its own devices and start shooting the criticism crap when they start planning or doing the questionable.
